Sealing Washers And O-Rings

Sealing washers and O-rings are used to enhance liquid sealing between a cable gland and the enclosure surface. They provide an added barrier against moisture ingress and are especially suited for environments exposed to wash-down, splashing, or increased contamination risk.

• Provides additional sealing between gland body and enclosure

• Suitable for applications with elevated exposure to liquids

• Operating Temperature:

  • Polyethylene: -20 to 80°C

  • Nitrile Rubber (NBR): -30 to 100°C

• Standard Colors:

  • White (similar to RAL9003) – polyethylene

  • Black (similar to RAL9005) – NBR

• Material Options:

  • High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE)

  • Nitrile Rubber (NBR)

  • Silicone and Viton available upon request
